The foundation is governed by a board that has professionals from various segments/ industries who share the passion to improve the health status of humankind. Most of the activities are managed by outsourced partners. The foundation’s aim is to always conduct activities that are self-sustaining.

The foundation activities are vetted through a multi-disciplinary committee to ensure that it is in compliance with all rules. Experts have been hired by the foundation to seek inputs from a legal and financial perspective. In addition, the board of directors (independent) ensures that the activities are passed through a proper scrutiny before initiation.
